Canada Bonsai's

Species List

Over 350 plant varieties are currently being propagated at Canada Bonsai.

This includes Deshojo, Beni Chidori, and Seigen Japanese Maples, 70 Japanese Apricot (Prunus mume) cultivars, 40 Princess Persimmon (Diospyros rhombifolia) cultivars, and far too many Azaleas!

In development are pre-bonsai, bonsai, as well as larger potted material for gardens and landscapes.

When available, material is listed in the Annual Sale area.  Availability is announced through the website newsletter.

This includes 17 cultivars which are primarily grown for their fruit that can be used for the production of juice, jam, syrup, umeboshi, umeshu, and can sometimes be eaten raw.
