Politique d’expédition

Whenever possible, multiple products and orders will be combined and the shipping fees will be manually adjusted at the time of shipping (i.e. when I package orders).

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Canada: Unless stated otherwise on the product listing or at checkout, all orders ship on Mondays.  Orders placed by 1PM ET on Thursday will ship on Monday (4 days later).

USA: Plants are shipped twice per year, every Fall (September-October) and every Spring (February-March).  All non-plant items ship every Monday (see above).  Plants ship from within the USA, so there is no risk of duty fees or delays at customs.  For more information about ordering from the USA, please click HERE.

Canada Bonsai can delay shipping due to unfavorable weather or holidays that cause transport delays.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
Canada Bonsai uses a combination of shipping carriers including but not limited to Canada Post, USPS, Purolator, FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

TRACKING
For all orders, tracking information will be sent to you at the time of shipment.

You know your local weather, delivery times, and neighbourhood better than anyone else.  As soon as you receive your tracking number, please feel free to contact the carrier and ask them to hold your package at a local office for pickup if you feel the necessity.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your address details before placing your order.  We ship to the address that you provide in your order.

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
All plants orders ship on Mondays, and will arrive by Friday of the same week.  In general, they arrive much sooner than that.

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are quoted at checkout, and vary based on product type, size, weight and  your region.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Plants can only be shipped to Canada and continental USA.  All other items can be shipped anywhere.
